- Is Dealo free to use?
- Yes. Browsing and posting ads are free. We donβt charge listing or success fees.
- Do I need an account to browse?
- You can browse and search without an account. You need to sign up to post ads, save favourites, and contact sellers.
- How do I post an ad?
- Click βPost an Adβ or βSellβ, sign in (or create an account), then choose a category, add a title, description, price, photos, and your location.
Buying and selling
- How do I contact a seller?
- Open the listing and use the contact button to message or call. Always meet in a safe, public place.
- How do I edit or delete my ad?
- Go to My Listings (when signed in), then choose βEditβ or βDeleteβ for the ad.
- Does Dealo handle payments?
- No. Payment is agreed between you and the buyer or seller. We recommend cash on collection or a secure method you both trust.
Account and safety
- I forgot my password.
- On the login page, click βForgot your password?β and enter your email to receive reset instructions.
